Order a Commercial EPC

Before completing the order form below, it is important that you are fully aware of how the order process will work.

1. Complete the order form

Please ensure that the details you submit are accurate and provide as much information about the property as possible.

2. Acquiring further information & arranging payment

Once you have completed the form and sent us details about the property, we will contact you to discuss matters further and acquire plans / drawings (if available). We will then get back to you with a quotation for your Commercial EPC.

Then there is the small matter of payment. Payments can be made via a credit or debit card over the phone. Our Commercial EPC prices start from just £99 inc VAT. Alternatively, you can send a cheque to sent to: Survey Scotland Limited, Atlantic Chambers, 45 Hope Street, Glasgow, G2 6AE. We also offer invoice billing. Prices will vary based on the size of the building. Please note, the above price is based on measured drawings and service information being available. Should we be required to carry out measurements of the property, a 50% uplift on the total fee will be charged.

Our fee is based on initial site inspection, collating data and preparing the certificate.

3. Arrange time for surveyor to visit property

Once your payment is complete, we will arrange a suitable time for a surveyor to visit the property and carry out the EPC.
